Charged incorrectly, or cancelled but still billed? Contact XR Academy Customer Care with your Vodacom number, the charge date and amount, and a short note.
Requests are reviewed against your subscription status, billing history, cancellation date and applicable Vodacom billing records. If a refund is approved, it is processed through the applicable billing or operator process.
